One of Karim Rashid´s best designs, it is a perfect mariage of form and funktion. And this design is now being produced in "corn plastic" an alternative to conventional based plastic. No only is it manufactured from a suitable renewable resource - corn starch, at the end of its useful life, it can be composted, and the material is returned to the earth as nutrients.
Garbino can is a winner of "Good Design" in 1997, and on permanent display at:

The Garbino´s swerving rim and flowing curves make it the most glamorous of cans.
